QuantityWare is pleased to Introduce a Spot Consultancy offering to help enable the provision of limited duration, remote support to address specific customization or configuration questions.

This offering is targeted for customers who have implemented BCS and are seeking additional assistance.

A request for Spot Consulting would be made via a QuantityWare Portal Ticket and QuantityWare would assign an external QuantityWare Certified Consultant to provide the consulting support.

The Spot Consulting agreement would be for a minimum of 5 days effort.
