At the end of September, QuantityWare plans to retire the DataLounge in its current form, replacing it with a new customer service portal allowing customers to exchange data with QuantityWare via an HTTPS-secured platform. The new portal will provide support and relationship ticket functionality (e.g. license requests, application error reports, user requests, contract exchange, etc.) and allow file download and upload. Any customers who wish to take part in a pre-production test of the system during September can register their interest via a message to support@quantityware.com.
